Passengers passing through Leifur Eiríksson Air Terminal increased by approximately 1.7% in February 2010 compared to same month last year, or from 83,000 to 84,000. Passengers going to, and from Iceland increased by approximately 3% and Trans-Atlantic passengers stopping over in Iceland decreased by approximately 7% compared to February 2009.
