Passengers passing through Leifur Eiríksson Air Terminal increased by approximately 12% in June 2010 compared to same month last year, or from 193,500 to 217,000. Passengers going to, and from Iceland increased by approximately 4% and Trans-Atlantic passengers stopping over in Iceland increased by approximately 58% compared to June 2009.
